The only thing that I could find which remotely resembles it is:

There may be other files of interest in the same folder.

This site should have further reference and tutorial material for Gaussian 03:

You can download the Gaussian 03 program from this BitTorrent download, if you have a Torrent client program installed; it should have help or reference files included:

A PDF file in that folder was shown up in a Google search, and was indicated to be downloadable. Try this search string in a Google search:
site:http://www.gaussian.com "g_downloads" filetype:PDF OR filetype:DJVU OR filetype:ZIP OR filetype:RAR
It throws up 15 downloadable PDF files.
