Perry's Chemical Engineers' Handbook, chapter 3, has comprehensive steam tables and graphs that can be used for the purpose, and similar data for other common fluids. I have posted the 7th and 8th editions in the References section, in the Chemical engineering thread. They are also in mechanical engineering handbooks.
