Could you please explain it a little better?
I can see what most of it is, but the end two "bunny ears" is not very obvious - it does not look like they go off into ground joints, and they might not even have any openings in them - perhaps there is a wire?

i found it in old laboratory, its all maded from glass that ears to my mind is for conecting rubber tubes.

Looks like it could be for any old use.

I've got a feeling that the bubble mightbe immersed in water, or other fluid for either cooling/heating purposes.
Possibly gas filled?

Maybe they just made a pile of random glassware and distribute it to old laboratories to confuse glassware geeks :P
