I cant find the TOS for imaging/spidering/indexing the forum. Id love a current backup. Im just wondering what kind of request per minute you would

This is odd. I can access this link if I'm not logged in, but if I'm logged in, I get a page that says "The item you requested could not be found."
What's going on?
I'm in the process of creating a torrent file for the site backup but I'm not sure how to create a tracker or to publish the torrent on a tracker.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
