Singlet Oxygen + Laughing Gas Path to NO>NO2>HNO3?

I thought I would report this possible theoretically interesing path to NO from available sources, for those interested.

First, per a source (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4799824/), to quote:

“Singlet oxygen (1O2) is an electronically excited form of oxygen which is well known to be formed when photosensitizers such as chlorophyll or the aromatic dye rose bengal absorb light energy and transfer some of that energy to molecular oxygen [1, 2].”

And, per another source, Equation 25G in ‘Iron Catalysis of SO2 Oxidation in the Atmosphere’ fully available at https://pdfslide.net/share/callback?callback=reddit&stat... states:

N2O(g) + O(1P) (g) -> 2 NO(g) (25G)

Implication: Action of sunlight on the available dye rose bengal, for example, in water contained highly soluble Laughing Gas (sold in major stores as drink infusion cartridges, resembling CO2 cartridges for the same purpose) may be a potential source for NO>NO2>HNO3.

Other paths to Singlet oxygen are also possible, including other photocatalysts to quote a source (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9854900/):

"Other 1O2 generating photosensitizer like hematoporphyrin, riboflavin and methylene blue..."

where Riboflavin is also known as Vitamin (B2).

More novel quantitative path to Singlet oxygen apparently exist based on Cu-Fenton chemistry in the presence of chloride (see, for example, https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/itempdf74155353254prod/73...). I, myself, accidentally discovered a related Cu ion/chloride/percarbonate path that was able to remove a strong fish odor (so the copper chemistry leading to Singlet Oxygen is apparently real).

Those who read the referenced article should believe the cited significance of the Cu-Fenton path as a source of Singlet Oxygen, and my suggested reaction with N2O is but an example.

For those who find the results cited in the Cu-Fenton chemistry, a bit curious, I submit an old (1986) paper on the lives of Sea Urchins, namely: 'Copper ions and hydrogen peroxide form hypochlorite from NaCl thereby mimicking myeloperoxidase' at https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3009503/ , to quote findings:

"Furthermore, we found that HOCl/OCl- is generated in solutions of H2O2 and Cu2+ in the presence of 0.5 M NaCl and that its accumulation is abolished by AT [3-amino-1,2,4-triazole]. Thus it is possible that the antifertility properties of copper are due to its ability to mediate formation of HOCl/OCl-.

This is connected to Singlet oxygen generation by the known interaction of HOCl/OCl- (whose creation here is suggested by Cu2+/NaCl/H2O2), which may further interact with H2O2 as a source of O(1P).

Per another source https://pubs.rsc.org/en/content/articlepdf/2018/ra/c8ra05607... , I cite the following reactions:

O(1D) + N2O -> NO + NO (R5)

O(1D) + N2O -> N2 + O2 (R6)

So, if the radical reactions are equally likely to occur, yield for (R5) should not be presumed to be high. Note: at even 50%, one mole of N2O stills forms one mole of NO.
