What happened to the Russian forum exploders.info ?
Does anyone know what happened to the Russian-language site exploders.info about Energetic Materials? The hosting term ended in the end 2019 and there
was talk about moving to .onion. However, the site has died and the new address has not been announced. How to contact with it administration?

I was not aware about this site, but according to this page:

the site is working but the access to the site is blocked by the court's decision so the page says it is still accessible with "usual methods". The
list of the methods include VPN, browser plugins etc etc (there is a link with full description of the methods on that page).

Unfortunately, all methods lead to a "404 error nginx" page.
