So I thought of making some HCl by membrane electrolysis of NaCl. Thinking of using a cotton membrane. I do have a good power supply which can make
the process faster. Guys any ideas on this? This is probably the only possible way that I can produce HCl.

I just looked up pool suppliers in Sri Lanka. First one to come up was Global Chemicals Pvt Ltd. They claim to work directly with pool owners, and
they show to have HCl, TCCA, granular chlorine and other chemicals. If they won't sell to you because you don't have a pool, then see if you can use
a pool owner as a go-between. Good luck!
