KCl.CdCl2 anhydrous
I'm looking for the MP of this double salt, preparation of which is mentioned in Brauer.
Also looking for info on eutectics of CdCl2 with NaCl, KCl or CaCl2.
Thanks!

blogfast25,
download https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-662-11295-3_1 through sci-hub.se.
Look at page 179 and the table of contents.

Thanks all, for your welcome and concern!
The last 4 - 5 years have been a living hell for me, due to serious health problems, severe legal woes and two depressive episodes (I'm Bipolar). If it wasn't for my wife I would probably have left this wretched mortal coil some time
ago. As it happens I didn't do that
What my future here at SM brings remains to be seen.
I've been spending much time at this physics Q&A, as 'Gert': https://physics.stackexchange.com/questions/707434/is-higher...

Yeah. We kinda figured that things were tricky from a legal standpoint – just from the fragments of undoubtedly distorted information that
percolated through the justice system and the media. Sounds like it was a rough fight and not a fair one.
Sorry to hear that things have been difficult in other areas.
We really appreciate your presence here and the vast deposit of knowledge you have invested. I understand if there is a need to retire from SM, but
you are always welcome.
Wishing you good health and success on every front.
J.

My experience with the justice system has made me lose all faith in it. Apart from being a class based system, it doesn't seek truth and justice at
all. Instead prosecutors seek to maximise convictions and sentences, regardless of the truth of the case.
Having been very limited in my defence funds the unthinkable then happened.

It depicts the melting point of CdCl2 * KCl. Does Brauer really contain the CdCl2 * KCl preparation?
And if all those troubles mentioned by you are in the past - I am really glad to hear it.

You couldn't upload a screenshot of that p.179 here could you?
Recipe for KCl.CdCl2 (anh. or monohydrate) in Braur p. 1095.
Thanks!

Here is it.
I asked because Brauer contains the preparation of CdCl2 * KCl * H2O, not the anhydrous salt.

Use the "GET" link at the top of the page to download the book. (Or let me know U2U if you still have troubles, I will send you pdf then).
