Accidental chemical

I had had 5 mL of chloroform laying around so i decided to make chlorobutanol(1/2 batch by haggis' numbers). However I acidently added isopropyl alcohol(70%) instead of the acetone. instead of dumping it out I left it outside(-10) overnight, the next day the liquid in the beaker is slightly yellowish. I then pour this into 600ml of cold water, stirr and I get some white crystals floating on the surface of the water. These crystalls, unlike chlorobutanol, smell terrible. I then flush this because i did not want an unknown chem in my lab. So does anyone have any idea of what these crystalls could be?
