size of silicon hosing for 19/22 setup

I plan on purchasing silicone laboratory hose online for the circulation of water. I have a 19/22 corning chemistry setup. If anyone knows what size hose is the appropriate fit, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have 3/8 in. tygon tubing on a quickfit condenser and one of the connections leaks occasionally if the screw-tightener is even slightly loose!
But because tygon is flexible you can get away with a smaller than the recommended bore.
You could try measuring the connections to guesstimate the I.D..
