UV pigment powder

Hello ! I tried googling without any success. Can someone help in determining what is the chemical composition in these pigments ? Check it out :

http://www.kilabyte.biz/store/50g-Fluorescent-UV-pigment

Maybe someone with certain knowledge can direct me where to look for cheap source and maybe even for the synthesis ? Thank you for helping to sort out what's hidden under "glow under uv pigment" name. Actually it's quite interesting

I've got the blue and pink pigments here, and in a different packing, but there's not even a hint on their composition or even producer.

Some-one once told me these are strictly organic substances. Also, diphenylanthracene was menthioned for the blue fluorescence. Maybe you should check wiki.
