N2O5

Can anyone tell me where I can gather some information on ozone generators. I am interested in applications in the semiconductor field using O3 and N2 doping.

Thanks

I thought he wanted information on ozone generators. Nevertheless, N2O5 can also be looked up easily. It all depends on what you exactly want.
