phosphoserine which may participate in cross linking.

Fastest way ( i know) is to mix around 20~25% w% of S2Cl2 to some oil (e.g.olive) and try to cool the mix (or it blackens).
10 mins later you have a solid block of horrible smelly rubbery material.

But don't forget that in any organism the majority of the lipids exist in the form of phospholipids. Free fatty acids are only found in (certain steps
of) metabolism and lipids as cholesterol are not the main part of membranes.

You don't get infected with cancer.
There are only a couple of known cancers that are spread that way.
One is in domestic dogs and the other is in tasmanian devils.
You aren't getting infected with either one of those.
Now a number of viruses are known to cause cancer but that is
not getting infected with cancer but rather a virus. And there are
vaccines for HPV variants which constitutes some of those cancer
causing viruses.
It is basically impossible to vaccinate against cancer as a general
disease as there are so many types. Further you would be
vaccinating a patient against their own cells. This is used
in some treatments to spur antibodies to attack the cancer.
But it has to be tailored to the specific cancer. See the wiki
