Setting up a UK chemical supply company

Greetings.

Bit of back ground on who I am. I have had a interest in chemistry and science since being a toddlers and had my first chemistry set at 5. Well this lead to a love of amateur home science and that lead to me getting my degree in the field of science and many years working in pharmaceuticals.

Why am I here?

Im in the process of setting up a chemical supply business in the UK. I have all the relevant regulation sorted out, local authorities know and have supplied relevant data.

I just wanted to ask a few questions.

Would you or do you buy Chemicals off of Ebay?

Would you or do use a private site of a ebay seller?

What Chemicals do you use the most?

What do you look for in a Chemical supply company?

I do buy chemicals off Ebay, but I prefer private sites. I look for cheap, fast shipping; a large inventory; and a good range of buying quantities.
EDIT: Please stock Iodides at good prices!

Chemicals I use the most:
Solvents: (methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, toluene, acetonitrile, dichloromethane)
Acids: (sulfuric, hydrochloric, acetic, formic)
Bases: (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonia)
Oxidizing agents: (potassium permanganate, sodium hypochlorite, oxone, sodium dichromate)
Reducing agents: (Pd/C [yes I know this is a catalyst not a reducing agent], Zn powder, ammonium formate)
Various organic compounds: (paraformaldehyde, urea, ethylene glycol)
Various inorganic compunds: (sulfur, sodium bromide, sodium iodide, manganese dioxide, copper sulfate)

As below, so above.

What I would find useful is the ability to place custom orders. Several times I have had to resort to ordering simple chemicals - most recently caproic acid and adipic acid - from Poland or South Korea, simply due to there being no UK based source (that explicitly dealt with individuals) who stocked it. I would much rather order from within the UK such items which are readily available to companies; safely sold to individuals; yet entirely out of reach simply due to the lack of popular demand.

I've been buying a buttload of reagent off eBay. That includes UK sellers, too, though lately I'm gravitating towards Eastern Europe and China.

All the UK sellers have been perfectly reliable, but so have the others, too. The advantage of the UK sellers has been the ease of communication.

Lately I've been acquiring mostly inorganic salts, organic and inorganic chelating agents, and some elements.

I know an eBay UK seller that has KI from Sigma Aldrich and sells it quite cheaply (bought only 100g off them but the price was very tempting).

Good inventory, perhaps provide the option of sourcing chemicals for customers that are not standard inventory.

Reliability, responsive customer support, timely shipping

International payment options. Credit cards, bitcoins, paypal, etc.

Privacy. Don't unnecesarily share customers details with other parties.
