And what would you like us to tell, that it is possible or that it isn't?

... of course it is! Of course you have to get it out without contaminating it... which is always a problem however.
Superheated steam, high pressure... the perfect recipy for sterilisation! 120 deg @ 10 min usually required in biological labs for general sterilisation, although some proteins may remain still active after that.
