Can somone tell me more about this Energetic Materials?

Have you checked the USPO web site? Do you have a source patent, journal literature, dates, example in industry, or anything other than initials?
Where did you hear of it and in what context (military, industrial, experimental, etc)?
I just checked Federoff and Urbanski for it....couldn't find anything under metal, oxidizer, explo; MOE, MOX, etc.

Are not metal-oxidizer explosives just things like flash powder and the like? There is an entry on MOX explosives in 'Explosives' by R.
Meyer which is avalible if you search around on this site. Really your question needs to be quite a bit more specific as this is a large class of
compounds many of which are common and well understood.
