fuckin plastic piece of shit hoses
i almost lost my life right now. was working with a reactor with a heating jacket 210C, heated by mineral oil from the termostat, pumped by 0.5 -1m/s.
and the little fuckin retarded techincian idiot supplied me with a hose that can stand up to 75C.
i dont need to explain what happened next, the hose melted, the oil started bursting all over the lab, i got burns over my chest, the reactor cracked,
the mixture caught fire, my lab coat started to burn, my gloves melted....FUUUUUCK.
im standing in the middle of some 5 m2 of oil around me..
luckily i was fast enough to put out the fire and strip. i hope the burns are not too dangerous, there are only a few blisters, and some part of the
melted glove in my fuckin hand. and not to mention the embarresment when the firemen ran in and found me in my boxershorts and undershirt trying to
put out the fire...
goddamnit, I HATE FUCKIN TECHINICIANS.
sorry for the bitching but i had to let off some steam, since officaly im responcible for this shit....im off to the doc

If you do such work it can't hurt to check the items supplied to you, you may want to do that from now on.
Jope you'll be ok though, burns really suck. I once melted a bit of plastic into the skin of my hand, took ages to come off.

thx to all who replied, the person altho she was HOT was fired, so no fucking of technicians there. got burns over my chest and some plastic in my
right arm but otherwise im okay. this was a good lesson.
