Hi Zombie,

The box looks good, I haven't really looked at it in detail its 12V and draws 50mA which is quite a bit considering a HD44780 LCD draws a few mA

Its really nice of you to offer and I really appreciate it but I am in a unique position in that I have a company credit card and I have a higher limit than any other engineer on the company!

I am encouraged to research electronics, sensors and control systems so things like this I can just buy as long as it isn't a plasma TV I have free reign!

So I really appreciate your offer but its more advice that I need here, when I get my equipment I will need lots of really basic advice because when it comes to things I know little about I need to talk to people in order to learn

If that makes sense

Perfect sense...

The Best advice I have is you need someone to help you spend that cool corporate loot.
As your new self appointed minister of offense , our first order of business is a RotoVap., and a two month training seminar in New Zealand to learn all the intricacies of running said RotoVap.

What brand of Scotch do you prefer?

They tried to have me "put to sleep" so I came back to return the favor.
Zom.
