Looks like one of them cheap Chinese ones with the characters covered up. Ages ago when I was looking for a hot plate/stirrer combo I messaged an eBay
seller with ones like this for sale. I wanted to know how hot the thing got and they told me it could heat a 1l beaker to 80c. 80c!
So these things are only good for..... not much actually.
