It would be unsurprising if it's nobody's job at youtube to review anything or watch flagged video all day; it seems more likely to be all automatic,
and anyone who you compete with in your field or have disagreed with or is a malicious vandal 24/7 or is fumbling with their phone can get things
flagged and deleted. The same goes for how actual investigating authorities might come to look at you funny wanting to fuck you over, they get the
report and investigate; it doesn't matter how and why the report was generated.
