I didn't really cared that much about it, but now that i think of it, how is the member "status" attribuited to someone ( i mean "harmless", "hazard to self" et cetera)?

It's based on post count.

0-49 Harmless
50-99 Hazard to Self
100-249 Hazard to Others
250-499 National Hazard
500+ International Hazard

People with unique titles have had them bestowed upon them by the admins.
