Flat white. Lab style.

You know you've got a thing for labware when:

You make coffee like this.

Noice!

I always figured that if I ever opened a cafe then I would showcase some good-looking lab glass to make coffee.

Nice photo's
but
Go to the back of the class !

I think that it is a bad idea to use kitchenware in the lab or labware in the kitchen,
unless permanently assigned.
I already have enough risks thank you.

Rapopart’s Rules for critical commentary:

1. Attempt to re-express your target’s position so clearly, vividly and fairly that your target says: “Thanks, I wish I’d thought of putting it that way.”
2. List any points of agreement (especially if they are not matters of general or widespread agreement).
3. Mention anything you have learned from your target.
4. Only then are you permitted to say so much as a word of rebuttal or criticism.

Anatol Rapoport was a Russian-born American mathematical psychologist (1911-2007).

I've always wanted to try using a magnetic stirrer and an addition funnel full of melted butter to make hollandaise, but I don't have a vacuum jacketed addition funnel and a regular one would clog. Also, I suppose a good hollandaise would be too thick and require an overhead stirrer.

Here's how I did it after the power lines went down after hurricane Gustav in 2008.

Cheers,
