Whoa, really? Tf2O breaks diisopropylethylamine?

You might be able to recover Tf2O by using SO3 or metaphosphoric acid (H6P6O18) to displace it if it's some kind of Lewis acid/base bond. However, if Tf2O has cleaved DIPEA to isopropyl triflate and ethylisopropyltriflamide, you're screwed.
