I'm curious, why does the bottle say 69,9% (US 69.9%) rather than 99,95% (99.95% for the US people)? The bottle also says 500 g but also 299,5g Pd, which makes sense, as Pd is 60% of the weight of PdCl2. Just don't get the 69,9%.

It says 59.9%, not 69.9%, which is a minimum Pd content, the 60% of the PdCl2 that you mentioned.
