Full Design cell for Sodium Perchlorate

I need help in design my perchlorate cell!! I get very good results which I can make 2600g per 4days at 120A and 6Volts with no buffer or HCl added! I faced many problems in my 6Liter cell like connection and install the lead dioxide anodes "I past it with fiber and epoxy glue but I faced problem when I like to reinstall new anode if one of them has crack, my anodes number is four and 12mm, 30,5cm Gouging rods coated with 4-5mm PbO2" I need mechanical and chemical help because in last week my cell explode after 10minutes of operation and I think that cause of hydrogen gas but I let Hydrogen to escape through 20mm hole, and my cell provided with Exhaust Fans..
my current cell has these dimensions :
5cm width * 25 hight *50 long cm the case is stainless steel 304 and it is cathode (-)

Would you mind posting photos of your setup? Also, what are you using for such a high current power supply?
