Does anyone know a standard technique to make ethyl glycinate from glycine
??? It would be great help thanks!!!

Alternately, you could try saturating an anhydrous ethanol solution of glycine with dry HCl gas, letting it stand for some time, and stripping the solvent. I'm uncertain if recrystallizing from more alcohol would remove unreacted glycine though.
