I discovered what might be a useful source for Aus members...

I have not done a price check or looked at shipping yet. But I have browsed a few MSDS's and found the following useful products:

(Not really sure that is useful, but it is nice to have an SDS that is reasonably specific.)
There are numerous cleaners in the welding chemicals section that contain ammonium bifluoride and phosphoric acid in various proportions but my random
clicks did not turn up anything that I thought was pure enough to be worth it.

if you're looking for phosphoric acid head down to your local hydroponic shop and ask for a bottle of pH down, it's phosphoric acid at 85%

While H3PO4 and ammonium bifluoride might be useful, I couldn't find a product that I thought was worth the effort separating.
The attraction was more along the lines of IPA. This seems to be readily available in the US but hardware stores here charge megabucks for a small
125mL bottle.
I was intrigued to find bromopropanol and MEK and started searching to see what else was there. You could add to the list, dimethyl ether.
Anyway, it seems that shipping is not a standard option but they do supply a store in my area so I will check them out at some stage.
