viagra

alright i understand that the functional groups don’t do much on their own to lock onto the enzyme, only sildenafil as a whole that can disable the PDE5. but what does the sulfonamide do, and i read somewhere that sildenafil also has a functional group called amide, what is that and what does it do?

Why start a new thread? Shouldn't this be in the Sildemafil thread which I think you also started?
