Acetate salts (Ca/Na preferrb) products - what is it used in and where to get it (5-25kg)
I'm trying to find acetate salts, preferably calcium but sodium would be alright. Looking for a safer weed killer and it seems that acetic acid is
certified for use as this. Technical grade is fine.
Anyone know if either are used in "buik" applications like 5-25kg bags/buckets (like rock salt and such)? Any products that make use of either of
these?

Sodium diacetate is used in salt and vinegar flavorings. I don't think bulk food suppliers mind selling to civilians. Google turns up a few people who
ship lots.

Tofu is traditionally obtained by coagulating soy milk with calcium sulfate. Calcium acetate has been found to be a better alternative, since, being

Sodium acetate trihydrate is very easy to find. It is used as a flavoring and to make reusable hand warmers.
Calcium acetate is easy to make but also has some niche uses as a food additive.
