Rhodium electrode

Platinum electrodes for electrolysis are not available for me.
I have access to little bit rhodium bath. I was thinking about depositing rhodium to some substrate rod to make redox electrode for thing like chlorates etc.

Probably titanium or wolfram substrate, but I have no experiences in this field so please tell me if it is totally stupid idea.

I'd appreciate info about rhodium electrodes, I'm struggling to find good source.
