proprionic anhydride new rt synthesis

was pleasantly surprised to discover a fairly new synthesis for the dehydration of proprionic acid to the anhydride, carried out at room temp, actually worked. Yield was within 1% of predicted.
As a disclaimer I must state that at no time did any activities described herein take place within the jurisdiction of the United States, its territories, or treaty lands. The catalyst involved was a challenge to make to say the least. Many new pieces of lab equipment had to be created thus adding to the fun of creation. Not quite sure as what to do with the materials, methods, and gobs -so scientific yes!- of product involved.
An illustrated and informative CD perhaps.

Any details on that, or maybe a reference? Also propionic anhydride is not illegal in the US, so the disclaimer is superfluous.

What is the point of your post? There is no information in it, not even an idea or plan, nor any questions.

For now, this is going to Detritus, since there is no useful information in it whatsoever.

Also, posts with a "disclaimer" are not allowed on SciMad, they're just as bad as SWIM posts.
