the oxidation of dmt to 4-ho-dmt

does anyone have a theoretical formula for the oxidation to the 4 position on dmt?
Also when left to oxidize in nature does dmt turn to a specific chemical or is tit just oxidized randomly on each position?

The theoretical formula is probably the same as other hydroxylations of aromatic groups by monoxygenase. Try looking for the tyrosine-->L-DOPA conversion or Perhaps there is more information in this reference (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/wol1/doi/10.1002/anie.2017054...)
It was mentioned by a different source (maybe also in this one but I have yet to read it) that the monoxygenase acts on tryptamine and not dimethyltryptamine. From memory I recall this contradicts a passage from PiHKaL which states that there is a "4-hydroxylase" in these mushrooms which will turn diethyltryptamine into 4-OH DET and micky mouse into 4-hydroxymicky mouse.
