Can you please tell me what is in this picture?

Greetings, good people, I am in need of HELP! My girl has a tattoo and won't tell me what it is, so far i have narrowed it down to aminoacids, nitrocyclopenthane, I guess... I have absolutely no knowledge of chemistry and any kind of help is welcome. I was told by a friend that the sequence is SEEPPISLELQ but I don't know if that is correct. The link bellow is the pic. I apologize if this is not the right place to post such questions, but I am out of ideas. Thank you all in advance and best of luck in all your future endeavours.

Best regards,
Milan

It's definitely a short protein of some sort; there are common amino acids connected by peptide bonds. Oxytocin is a popular oligopeptide tattoo, but that is usually cyclic with a disulfide linkage, and this one has no sulfurous residues.

(handy reference chart)

I haven't checked reside for residue, but the two prolines (PP) preceded by two glutamic acids (EE)
lend the stated sequence credibility.

I used NCBI BLAST to do a protein-protein search on this sequence and got multiple hits to part of corticoliberin, aka corticotropin-releasing hormone (although they all disagree slightly on the sequence: SEEPPISLEL vs. SEEPPISLDL )

Does the lady use drugs, particularly alcohol or cocaine?

Has she had a child?

Is she highly stressed/suffers from PMS?

(On a quick scan of Wikipedia's list of related functions)

Rapopart’s Rules for critical commentary:

1. Attempt to re-express your target’s position so clearly, vividly and fairly that your target says: “Thanks, I wish I’d thought of putting it that way.”
2. List any points of agreement (especially if they are not matters of general or widespread agreement).
3. Mention anything you have learned from your target.
4. Only then are you permitted to say so much as a word of rebuttal or criticism.

Anatol Rapoport was a Russian-born American mathematical psychologist (1911-2007).

It's funny because there's actually some mistakes on it. If she's going to bother having a geeky tattoo at the very least she should be geeky enough to get it right. :) That's my philosophy anyway. I'm referring to a C=OH bond. There's also a "2" missing from the H of the amide at the right.

I'm going to go out on a limb here here and say she's tattooed "LOVE" on her arm.
