Anyone located near S East coast of Virginia (nor/suffolk) or North E of North Carolina?

I have an opportunity for a nice acquisition and it may be a little bit of a process and could use another hand. If you live in this area I'd appreciate an U2U or an open post. I would guess that most people would be interested in this or if not financial compensation.
