As stated in the previous citation one obtains a personal web site either from
Yahoo , Geocities , Tripod , obviously the server should be located in another country.
Next choose a proxy software and install this into your webpage.
Another layer of security you might add to this is to have a url redirect to your
website. For example - http://zwap.to - allows you to retain the original webproxy
even if it's redirect is blocked. Simply obtain a new redirect to the same one.
Unfortunately because Zwap.to requires that you include a reciprocal add url to their
site on your site , this method will not work with existing proxies which are now blocked.
Be sure to get both //YourName.url _ & _ //url/YourName to have a ready
backup.
Privileges are revoked by Zwap.to if the reserved url is not utilized ' hit ' at least once
a month.
