Calculating interaction between alcohol and surfactant

Dear members,

I'm working on the research about microemulsion application. I am looking for an advice to calculate the interaction (hydrogen bonding formation) between alcohol and surfactant (AOT), and alcohol with water. In my resaerch, I had used 3 different alcohols with varies length chains.

Please point me out any sufficient software to do that.

I've changed the title. It's obvious that you need help otherwise you wouldn't post, but please use descriptive titles so the search engine can find them!
