Using Google, search for the chemical formula and MSDS, eg "(NH4)2SO4 MSDS" and you'll find the chemical names in english. Converting to chinese is not so easy, as the names they have for chemicale are more descriptive as opposed to scientific. (As far as I know)
Maybe substitute the symbols in each formula for chinese symbols found on the periodic table here.

Some of the ones that you could not find...these were the first hits on Google

http://www.jtbaker.com/msds/englishhtml/P6049.htm
http://www.jtbaker.com/msds/englishhtml/f1802.htm
http://www.jtbaker.com/msds/englishhtml/P6038.htm
http://www.jtbaker.com/msds/englishhtml/F1060.htm

xH2O is xhydrate, where x is the Greek prefix for that numeral. For example, 5H2O = pentahydrate, and so forth.

S0 is sulfur.

Angela_li the 'xH2O' that you have there indicate the hydration states of some the chemicals on the list. Looking at the list, I would say it should read like this:

(NH4)2SO4
KCl
K2HPO4
MgSO4.7H2O
Ca(NO3)2
H2SO4
Na2S2O3.5H2O
FeSO4
KH2PO4.6H2O
CaCl2
MgCl2.2H2O
MnCl2
ZnCl2
CoCl2
H3BO3
Na2MoO4
CuCl2
S0
FeCl3
CuSO4
ZnSO4
Na2B4O7
VOSO4

Oops, kinda repeated what Darkblade said.
