Why can't I find amorphous P on ebay?

Since red phosphorus is a controlled substance and white phosphorus is quite dangerous, I'd be very surprised if you could find any kind of phosphorus on ebay.

That seller will not ship to the USA, but seeing the OP is UK it probably isnt an issue.

I assume it's a ridiculously small amount possibly a gram or less.not enough to do anything with

I've bought red P solely on Ebay for years. (USA)

I keep hearing it isn't there any more, and then I go there and buy more anyway.
Last year it was 1/4 Lb from Poland.

I should probably pick up a pound or so before you guys end up being right at last.

(Could happen. Even a broken clock...)

The above link for redP from Germany has selection options up to 2.5kg,
I'm using chrome on win10 ... maybe smartphone apps do not give the same details ?

I have good experience with that seller S3. I purchased red P, HBr (48%), and CH3NH2.HCl from them. Decent prices, no hassle. If you are in the EU this certainly is an interesting seller.
