Im working on a diy freeze dryer and i wondering if glass flask would survive in a dry ice acetone bath while under heavy vacuum id also welcome other sugestions

A round bottom flask made of borosilicate glass will certainly survive that, but with beakers or erlenmeyers it depends on the size. But I would stick to only using rbfs.

In vacuum distillations cold traps are frequently used with dry ice and even liquid nitrogen. As long as the glass is rated to operate under vacuum it should do under cryogenic conditions.
