A guy on YouTube claims to make selenic acid by dissolving selenium in hydrogen peroxide. I don't think it is selenic acid. Any opinions?

which is easiest to make, because don't form suspension and powder precipitated instantly, i made it 5 times, when i have extra selenite i always make
Na and Cu selenites.
But i know this Chanel, i like it. Everything I tried according to him came out. I try this too, but I do not know when.
