SbO2 anode

I see on Aliexpress someone is selling an SbO2 Ti substrate anode. Just out of interest, does anyone know what this is good for?

In lithium battery is the only place ive heard of it being used as an electrode. Its also a fire retardant
Sb2O3 charges up to Sb2Ox then as the battery discharges the oxygen moves through a membrane to the lithium. Trying to remember were i read about it.

this electrode is used as an inert substrate or used for O2 evolution but dont even try it for making chlorates cuz the efficiency is trash!!
its usually a mix of SnO2 and SbO2 thermally baked on Ti sheets at 450C similar to MMO which uses a blend of TiCl4 with ruthenium and iridium salts.
instead they have SnCl4 and SbCl3 in ethanol painted and baked on the activated Ti substrate.
These are usually also used if you wanna plate PbO2 on it but other than that or something like electroplating or electrowinning its shit.
