I stumbled across this very interesting review while searching for something completely unrelated. It is chocked full of organic synthesis information
and is just a good overall read. Perhaps some of you have already seen this paper given the diverse chemistry interests on this board. In any event, I
am posting the paper for general information and educational purposes.

Oh yeah, I've seen that one before. If I'm not mistaken, it's a series and there are also some other articles focused on specific drugs/classes of
drugs.
