Hydrazinol (N-amino hydroxylamine)

Formula: H2N-NH-OH

Does anybody know how to make it? Catalytic hydrogenation of nitrous oxide is one possibility but I'm wondering if there might be a method at STP via oxidizing hydrazine.

This is postulated as an intermediate in some oxidations of hydrazine. It is probably extremely unstable and decomposes rapidly to ammonia + nitroxyl. I doubt it is stable above dry ice temperatures, if even then.

There are no credible looking reactions with this compound turned up by a SciFinder search.
