Does anyone know of a good substitute for ethanol for triterpenoids, especially ones that can solvate it in a majority aqueous solution? I'm trying
to formulate tinctures or teas but am hoping to not have to use ethanol.

I don't know what good lanosterol will do, but whatever you want
Your best bet would be to make a colloidal solution, like milk or cream. Perhaps dissolve in vegetable oil then homogenize it with normal milk

I suspect that glycerol or propylene glycol would make a good solvent either neat or with water.
They are commonly used in the food industry as solvents.

Olive oil + Ether. lol thats a really old one. Probably not very pleasant. I imagine lots of burps.
