PET Solvent

Curious George - 18-4-2011 at 07:18

Are there any good solvents for PET at near room temperature? I've used boiling diethylene gylcol (nearly 200 C), but am looking for something that will work on the bench top.

For polyethylene terephthalate;

Phenol, chlorophenol, nitrobenzene and dimethyl sulphoxide. BHET maybe.
