(last experiment)acidified phthalate to make phthalic acid, then filtered but leave in filter paper few months still wet, now scoop it, filter
paper break become many small pieces, maybe filter paper become very weak and thin, how remove broken filter paper pieces?

Dissolve it in an organic solvent, filter out the paper, allow the solvent to evaporate. I'd try isopropanol.

The best way is probably to dissolve the phthalic acid in a alkali like sodium carbonate solution, filter off the insoluble cellulose and
reprecipitate with mineral acid. If using sodium hydroxide, avoid using a large excess.

I can't add anything to the above suggestions, except, if your ultimate goal is to obtain phthalic anhydride, you could sublimate it directly and the
filter paper would be left behind.
Apologies for stating the obvious, but sometimes what is obvious is also easily missed!
