by now ive had more pics taken, thing is when i look at them i look at the clothes and not me, i'm just waaay to obsessed with nice clothes.
when I can't sleep I spend hours making clothes combos. ooh, that tie will go well with a black blazer and beige trousers as its black and gold, and ooh, that one will go well with those shoes and my hacking jacket as they are all sort of horsey
My mother thinks im crazy.
(since we discovered this second hand shop that has very expensive clothes like silk ties, gucci shoes and blazers, all for 2-10 eur it has escalated)

I just noticed that everyone else seems to wear eye protection a lot more often than I'm prone to... (I already wear vision-corrective glasses.) But from reading the <a href="viewthread.php?tid=24908">Bad days in the lab or with glassware?</a> thread, I also get the impression that others have accidents and mishaps a lot more often than I have. I think I work pretty safely, but I guess <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlPo9p0lzPw" target="_blank">Norm Abram</a> <img src="../scipics/_yt.png" /> would be disappointed in me...

Gravity/siphon. The cut-off pop bottle is my ice water reservoir. 90% of my extractions are with acetone so all it takes to reflux is hot water, and therefore not a lot of heat to dissipate so I just stop start water flow as needed using a clothespin..

Yeah, I do that too. I usually have a half milk jug up on a ring stand with ice water, and a little spigot on the other side of the condenser to let more fresh cold water flow in when needed.
