Hey, I'm trying to make liposomes. The first step of preparation is to dissolve the lecithin into a 2:1 Chloroform-methanol solution. However, I don't
have any chloroform on hand.
Could I use isopropyl alcohol in it's place? Or some other solvent?

P.S. I have methanol.
