I am curious to know that is there any process to extract magnesium metal from talc powder that we use it for absorbing sweat .

Only if you have a magnesium still...

Use the search engine...

If it was that easy, then I'd be producing magnesium powder right now!
Try melting MgCl2 in a homemade furnace, in an oxygen-free environment, filled with argon, then plug a high voltage up to the molten salt for a few hours. Not even a decent yield. That is the only process that I have heard of on Google to make magnesium. If you have an inert solvent, and can get a magnesium salt to dissolve in it, the electrolyze the solution, I think that magnesium will form.
