The best apparatus for steam distillation is the steam generator from a Shark Floor steamer. Simply remove the steam generator from the Shark and hook
up a water feed from a bottle to the generator and a tube from the output of the steam generator to a 1/4 inch tube feed through your thermometer
adapter into your flask of choice. Works great.
